Culturally Speaking, Would you Sue your spouses Mistress?

Reason: Some people said the wife is wrong for sueing because she couldn’t keep her marriage together. To me a marriage can’t work out if another woman won’t back off. I would sue, her husband is a real estate investor so they already have money so sueing a celebrity is just a bonus in my eyes.
Yes – if she knew he was married and she continues to sleep with him then she deserves some type of punishment. Look at it this way, you can’t physically harm the mistress because you would go to jail. So why not hit her where it hurts – in the pocket and in the public eye.
No – is she has no idea he is married. Men lie. Maybe he lied to her and told her he was single. Maybe he said his wife left him… etc etc. She is a victim of circumstance and deception – as much as the wife.
What good does it do for you? Ok well it will not mend your broken heart. It won’t explain to your kids why mommy and daddy have to split but it will surely pad your broken heart with a bit of green to pay those high priced lawyers in your divorce.
